Angola is located on the west coast of southern Africa with a population of almost 11 million. Many employment opportunities exist in Angola, as the country is rich in oil and diamond resources. In fact, if you're looking for jobs in Angola, you should expect most job vacancies in the oil and mining industries.

      Obtain an ordinary visa for entering Angola. According to Angolan Embassy in Washington, D.C,. first-time applicants who wish to work in Angola are encouraged to obtain ordinary visas, which enable them to enter the country for the purpose of work. Once you enter the country, you can look for jobs and then apply for "Work visa." Ordinary visa allows you to stay in Angola for 90 days.

Once you find a suitable job, you have the option of registering with the company online or sending the company your CV through email.

      Send your CV to Chevron. Chevron is one of the world's largest energy companies with headquarters in San Ramon, California. The company owns Cabinda Gulf Oil Company Limited in Angola, and is the largest foreign oil industry employer of the country.

      Go to the website of Oil Careers. Oil Careers is a recruitment agency in Angola. You can search for jobs by category, location and job type.

      Contact the U.S -- Angola Chamber of Commerce. The USACC is an independent organization dedicated to promoting business and trade between both the countries. You can email your CV to the organization at contactus@us-angola.org.

      Obtain a work visa once you have found a job. This visa application will be processed in the county of origin. The consular office in your country will send the work visa request to the Angolan Migration Services and Aliens in Angola. The processing time for this visa will take a minimum of 45 days, including the submission day. The work visa will be valid for two years, and will allow multiple entries.
